- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup or monk fruit
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Topping: fresh berries or crushed almonds
Mix all ingredients. Let sit in fridge for 2+ hours (or overnight).
